SPIN CLASSES

Spin (3 levels available)

Everyone feels like an athlete in an O2 spin class! This low impact cardio option torches calories while toning and strengthening your legs. Beyond the physical benefits, spin is fun and “addictive” because of the motivational music and the high energy atmosphere.  Join us to sweat, relieve stress, and have a blast!

Level 1 - Suitable for beginners and intermediate gym goers. Great way to learn new skills or perfect and foster current knowledge.

Level 2 - Suitable for intermediate or veteran gym goers. Push past your comfort zone and see results.

Level 3 - Zero in with complete focus and determination to go next level in your training. Try new things and blast through plateaus.

YOGA CLASSES

Yoga for All

A perfect well-rounded yoga class for all. We focus on building an accessible practice using foundational yoga movements, breathing and mindfulness techniques. Rejuvenate your mind while strengthening and lengthening your body.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a decadent treat, a perfect way to restore the body and mind. This class consist of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer. A perfect way to loosen up and unwind.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a powerful, energetic form of yoga. Using breath we move fluidly from one pose to the next, making it a great workout and a chance to develop your natural strength and balance.

STRENGTH CLASSES

Primals

This vital strength class uses exercises grounded in natural human movements. Tweak your physique, as you increase your strength, endurance, balance and alignment. This class teaches proper technique helping you not only in the gym but in everyday life.

Pilates Fusion

This unique class combines the principles of Pilates with strength and conditioning moves (both mat and standing poses). Improve your strength and flexibility, while fostering lean muscle tone. While pilates focuses on the core, it is a full body workout that will have you feeling longer and leaner with each class.

Queenax Fit (3 levels available)

Our signature program is unique, challenging and functional. The Queenax is a jungle gym for adults, with over 120 applications (everything from monkey bars to punching bags) you will get full body cardio, conditioning and strength training workout. We offer three different Levels of Queenax classes to ensure all O2 members are successful.

AEROBICS CLASSES

HIIT

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) uses repeated high-intensity exercises with bouts of brief periods of recovery to efficiently burn fat while improving aerobic and anaerobic endurance.

Burn

O2’s only boot camp is a high-energy combination of intervals, aerobics and bodyweight movements. Suitable for moderate fitness goers who want to improve their strength and stamina.

Cardio Combat

O2 Cardio Combat is a high energy; non-contact mixed martial arts inspired workout. We incorporate moves from karate, taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, and Capoeira in a music-driven choreographed class. Punch, kick and condition your way into fitness and high-calorie burn.

Rio Barre Method

An enjoyable, music-driven workout; consisting of postures from ballet and pilates, be prepared to feel the burn as we tighten and tone your lower body.  We also focus on core engagement for improved posture, strength and flexibility!
